About Us​

Mr. Berkley graduated cum laude from Bentley University in 2010 and earned his Master of Science in Finance in 2011 from McCallum Graduate School and is a CFA charter holder. 

He worked in investment banking for one year before transitioning to equity research, where he worked at Credit Suisse, Barclays and Wolfe Research covering business and information services stocks as well as payment stocks. He spent 2 years trading payment stocks at market neutral hedge funds Balyasny Asset Management and Weiss before leaving to found FI Real Estate Capital Management.

Mr. Berkley, along with his wife, have been investing in real estate since 2013, having completed over 25 transactions across the multi-family, single family, medical office, industrial, and retail verticals.
